It is ideally situated just 150m from the "CityXpress" Gondola and less than 80 meters from the pedestrian areas of the town centre. The indoor pool, ice rink, train station and lake are all within a few hundred metres of the door.
The ca. 95m sq apartment is set on two levels with a mezzanine deck over looking the downstairs floor. It is very well appointed with seating areas on both levels and central heating radiators in every room.
